INSTRUCTIONS:
Please outline in detail all proposed improvements, alterations or changes to your lot or home. Include color(s), size(s), specifications, materials, location, and any other pertinent information needed by the Committee in order to make a decision.
If you wish to provide a detailed sketch of the proposed alteration (as it will appear when completed) or add any additional references, please do so by emailing those attachments to: sambush@abarisrealty.com and be sure to include your address and contact information. The Committee will notify you in writing of its decision within 60 days of receipt.
