A case for more space. Residents with driveways and garages are encouraged to use them. This will help free up more spaces for others who don’t have parking on their properties. Parking is still available on a first-come, first-serve basis—but options are often limited. Thank you for being considerate and neighborly.

Making a change to your exterior? All residents are required to get approval through the HOA’s Architectural and Engineering Review Committee. To submit a request, you can access the website’s electronic form by clicking here. Any improvements, alterations, or changes made to the outside of a property without HOA approval are subject to citation.

Please don’t make your trash public. The two public trash receptacles along Suffield Drive and the trash bin next to the bulletin board by the pool ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR PERSONAL HOME TRASH, RECYCLING, OR THE DISPOSAL OF DOG POOP BAGS. There are several receptacles (with plastic bags) for dog waste along Suffield Drive Please use them exclusively for that purpose.
